This is the best Hilton I've stayed at yet this far. I had exceptional services. Night shift staff Jennifer is simply amazing she is prompt always there to help with anything I need she is just a great asset to this hotel. Thanks for the amazing stay and great hospitality. Exceptional 5
Our overall experience was good, excellent bedding, we slept well. The only issue we had was a booking problem that my wife and I did not have breakfast included in our room. The rest of the family's 3 rooms included breakfast.
I'd give more stars if I could, this is a 12 out of 10 hotel. Very clean, nice and modern, incredibly kind staff at the front desk, you do have to buy breakfast in the dining area/restaurant but it was really cheap and high quality... I've paid more for worse at a diner. Great stay, no complaints at all.
Hotel staff was very sweet. I have dietary restrictions and sometimes have to bring my own food when I travel. I brought down some food to the lobby to eat with my family and went up to the staff to make sure that it was okay to have my own food while they were serving breakfast, the staff was super kind and understanding about it and even joked around about it. Jeff one of the kitchen serving staff was super sweet and came multiple times to check on us and even brought me some water to go with my food.
I had my daughter baby shower there. The food was delicious.. the service was outstanding.. they made sure everything we wanted was covered.. Samantha in Sales department was more than kind and helpful. Jodi who took care of our party was just wonderful.. I highly recommend it
The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests to the best of their ability. Dinner and breakfast was good. Alla and all had a pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Really nice & relaxing stay while on business. The rooms were comfy, water pressure was good & staff was really kind & friendly. Good breakfast buffet & in-house store for anything you need. Location not in town, but not far away if you want to go there. Anyway, there are enough places in the area if you need them!
Front desk Tyler made every accommodation. Restaurant Cassie, Lynn and Jason provided top notch food and service. Room clean and very comfortable. We'll go back.
